Do you think more should be done across campus to tackle the climate crisis? Do you want a say on how sustainability should be embedded in Students’ Union activities? Do you want to be part of a new wave of sustainability action? This is your chance to have your say.
The Sustainability Board is an elected group of students, working to represent students on sustainability and environmental issues within the Students’ Union and across the University, meeting directly with the university Sustainability Team. The committee is a subcommittee of Student Council, which means that it reports back to Student Council. At meetings the Board discusses sustainability issues and ideas, opportunities to lobby the University and can pass policies relevant to the Board’s remit.
