We're always looking out for interesting and rewarding volunteer roles for Queen Mary students - read the information below to find out more about how you can recruit and advertise to our students.
Welcome to the volunteering service at Queen Mary University of London Students' Union. We have around 2,500 students at the University each year who register their interest in getting involved with volunteering.
If you are a charity, voluntary or non-profit organisation looking to recruit volunteers then registering as a partner is easy and free! Make sure you have a read of our Service Level Agreement which sets out the expectations we have of our partners and what they can expect from us.
Once you have set-up an account you can upload volunteering opportunities to advertise to our students. It is worth having a read of our FAQs to find out the types of role that we won’t advertise. All roles are reviewed by the Volunteering Coordinator before they appear on the site.
Once you’re registered as a provider, you’ll also receive information from us on how we can promote your opportunities at volunteer fairs, via our social media sites and through our newsletters. Please also check out our How to Advertise page for more information about the opportunities available to you.

The Sports Employability Academy is a new programme set up by QMSU Sport where students can gain up to £300 towards a sports-based qualification activity of their choice! In return for students’ time volunteering within the sports industry, they will be eligible to receive funding to upskill themselves within the world of sport.
