Description

Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand, the starting position should have both elbows in a right-angle position, dumbbells level with the eyes. To press, the dumbbells fully extend both arms and squeeze shoulders at top of movement. Once arms are fully extended slowly lower dumbbells back to starting position.
