Description

Start with both legs placed on the pad, shoulder-width apart, holding the handles are optional. Push the seat upwards by driving force through your feet in a controlled manner, keep pushing until your legs are almost fully extended (NEVER fully lock your legs). Once you have performed these movements slowly lower yourself back to the starting position and you have completed 1 rep!
