Description

Sitting with your back flat on the seat, the lower pad should be positioned just above the front of your ankles. Holding the handles is optional. Slowly extend your legs fully, once you have reached full extension slowly lower your legs back to the starting position, this is 1 rep! It’s important to maintain proper breathing control throughout these exercises.
