Description

Whilst sitting, adjust thigh pad so legs are fixed into position, stand up to grip the bar at the furthest point of each side. Slowly return to seated position and begin exercise, pulling bar into the chest whilst maintaining a slight backwards torso lean. Once the bar has been pulled into the chest, slowly allow the weight to take your arms into full extension and begin the 2nd rep.
