Description

Set the bench to be approximately 30-45°, using the same principles as the chest press to have the dumbbells positioned at eye level with a right angle at the elbows. Fully extend arms in a controlled manner with your back flat on the bench. Once arms are fully extended slowly lower dumbbells back to start position for 1 rep.
