Description

Lying with your back flat on the bench, hold a dumbbell in each hand placing your elbows at a right angle, dumbbells in line with eyes. Once this position has been achieved fully extend your arms. Slowly lower the dumbbell back to start position for 1 rep completed. This movement largely incorporates the same principles as the bench press, using different equipment.
