Description

Start by standing upright and holding the bar with fully extended arms against your thighs. Keeping a straight back, slowly hinge your hips and roll the barbell down your thighs. Think about bringing your chest to face the floor. Once you can feel the stretch in your hamstrings slowly return to your starting position, always maintaining a straight back.
