Description

Start by standing with the middle of your foot underneath the barbell, place both hands on the bar at shoulder-width, slowly drop down to the floor by bending your knees until your shins touch the barbell. Bring your chest upright and straighten your back, this is the starting position. Breathe in, and stand fully upright whilst holding the barbell, congratulations you have completed 1 rep!
