What is X-Fit?

X-Fit comprises of a group warm-up followed by a skill or strength portion that place an emphasis on building strength, increasing mobility and improving conditioning. The second half of the class consists of the Workout of the Day (WOD) which is a time or task-based activity consisting of multiple combinations of exercise that challenge every aspect of your physical fitness capability.
