Volunteering and RAG Coordinator
Salary: £31,421
Queen Mary Students’ Union exists to work together with our students to improve students’ lives. As the Volunteering and RAG Coordinator you will contribute to the this by enabling students to volunteer in the local community and to support them to raise money for charities. We enable students to volunteer in the community via 3 main streams- one-off volunteering opportunities, placements with partner charities and through our student-led volunteering groups who run projects out in the local community. You will lead in all aspects of running and increasing the profile of the volunteering service. You will also oversee our RAG (Raise and Give) activity, supporting student-led groups and elected officers to fundraise for charity.

The post is a full-time (35 hours per week), permanent appointment. Starting salary will be £31,421 per annum inclusive of London Allowance and raises one point annually as set out in the QM Pay and Grading Structure. Benefits include 30 days annual leave, plus university closure days, free gym membership, pension scheme and interest-free season ticket loan.
