💪 Introducing our new Gym Buddies Scheme, launching this Disability History Month! 🤝

Ready to crush your fitness goals while having a blast? Say hello to Gym Buddies at Qmotion, the perfect way to stay motivated, make new friends, and power through workouts together!

We're launching this campaign to help partner volunteers with vulnerabe participants for support, companionship and safe workouts.

🎯 What’s in it for you?
✔️ Motivation Boost: Whether it’s spotting each other at the bench or cheering through cardio, your buddy’s got your back and will help to support you in the gym.
✔️ Stay Accountable: Keep each other on track to hit those goals - no skipping leg day!
✔️ Fun Workouts: Make fitness a social event with fun partner exercises and challenges.

👫 How Does It Work?
1️⃣ We're looking for people who want to volunteer as a gym buddy and have also opened sign-ups for students who would like to be paired with a gym buddy.

2️⃣ Once we start receiving sign-ups we'll pair people together through our pairing system.

3️⃣ Once you're paired up - work out together, share your progress and celebrate every milestone!

🕐 Sign Up Today!
Whether you’re a seasoned gym-goer or have just started your fitness journey recently with us here at Qmotion, the Gym Buddies scheme is here to make it more fun, social, and successful than ever.
