Description

The heavier the weight for this machine the more assistance you will get with your exercise.

Step up onto the machine and grip the desired pull up position (wider grip will activate the lats, and a closer grip will activate biceps predominantly). Place both knees onto the pad and let the machine lower your body until your arms reach full extension. At this point, slowly use your arms to pull yourself until your chin is level or over the top of the machine.
