Paediatrics is a highly fascinating and rewarding field of medicine. It is our aim as a society to help you gain a deeper insight into what a career is paediatrics includes. We will be available to provide you with advice and support in your exploration and pursuit of paediatrics.
We will be holding many events throughout the course of the year in order to achieve the above. These include:
Talks by Clinicians with various interests
Lectures and workshops to support learning
Mentorship Scheme - sign up to be allocated a paediatric consultant to help you arrange experience and build your portfolio
Annual Paediatric Conference - running for its 5th year, includes many talks from many speakers. Covers topics ranging from applying to paediatrics to the legal, ethical and social issues surrounding life as a paediatric doctor.
