We are one of the biggest and friendliest sports clubs at Barts with over 100 members!
We have a range of 4 competitive and 3 recreational teams that play in various leagues (BUCS, LUSL, QM Sports) allowing us to cater for all abilities. Our 1s are also a Focus Team this year, which gives them access to benefits including subsidised gym memberships and weekly coached strength and conditioning sessions.
Whether you are brand new to the game or are a very experienced player, come along as there will be a place for you!
We are also one of the most sociable clubs at Barts with events every Wednesday (and more) so even if you don’t want to play you can still be involved with a social membership and make friends for life!
Our club has had an amazing year, winning several awards and tounrnaments! We have also run successful campaigns during the year, such as BLM forums, hosting a charity tournament collecting products for The Hygiene Bank, and our annual Netball Ball which raised money for Save the Children Gaza Emergency Appeal.
Whoever you are, and whatever you want to gain from your club you will find it as a member of BL Netball!
Come join us for a taster session on Monday 23rd September to play some fun and relaxed netball games!
Please also attend the following sessions if you would like to trial for a competitive team:
Check our social media pages for more updates (instagram: blnetball, facebook: BL Netball 24/25)!
Everyone is welcome regardless of if you have played before; so come along and give it a try! You will need to bring sports clothing, trainers, water and most importantly enthusiasm! The captains will move players in and out of different positions until we find the place that’s right for you. After the trials, we will have the final squads and the captains will contact you. After this all you need to do is pay your subs and join our Facebook page to make sure you don’t miss out on anything!
