Weekly Miniature Games Evening - Fridays - 5:00 pm - 8.45 pm!
Every Friday, in the Bancroft Building 1.01.2 starting 24/01/25.
We are looking for all table-top miniature players to bolster our group, whether this be due to your interest in the lore, painting or competitive side of the hobby, we welcome you with open arms!
We play predominantly Warhammer 40k and AoS and will branch out into Kill-team in the future. We are also open to new tabletop wargames!
If you are new to Warhammer, we will gladly help you get started in the hobby! We can provide models completely for free to demo before purchasing anything, as well as top money-saving tips if you are interested in diving in!
We also provide free dice, and we can provide the other necessary gameplay tools to get you started!

Disclosure
Whilst our community prides itself on inclusivity, we want to ensure that everyone in our society, no matter their background, is welcome and happy to involve themselves in the hobbies we all collectively love. Any individual in the society found to act in an exclusionary manner, whether this is due to unsportsmanlike behaviour due to gameplay or personal ideals, can be and will be, removed from their committee position (If applicable), any community chat (primarily the Discord Server), and committee members will take action through the official processes offered by the student union to ensure misconduct is tackled.
If you or someone you know in the society has experienced misconduct, email the president or any other committee member or directly contact them through the telegraphed channels (Discord, the Society Instagram or simply face to face at any point of the week, not just on event days), they will take action as fast as they can to not only ensure your safety and mental health as a result of any altercation via involving the Student Union, and with your permission, will raise any issue to misconduct officers/security where applicable.
Society funds generated from memberships, fundraisers or donations will be spent directed on the society, on new terrain, starter sets for new game systems or new tools used for playing such systems, and any individual found to have spent society funds on personal projects or for profit will be removed from their committee position, any community chat (primarily the Discord Server), and other committee members will take action through the official processes offered by the student union.
