Whether you are an art lover or just want to learn how to create henna designs, we welcome you.
Our society aims to create a welcoming space where individuals can connect with their own cultural heritage or explore the rich traditions of others.
Through weekly sessions taught by our teachers, members will have the opportunity to learn about how henna is practised globally, as well as develop basic practical skills in its application. Safety and health are paramount in our society. We plan to use only organic henna and practice on paper. Those with allergies can use gloves when practicing. We emphasise inclusivity and encourage participation from individuals of all backgrounds, regardless of prior experience with henna.
NOTE: weekly sessions will last 4 weeks after fresher's week. Henna will be practiced ON PAPER, NOT SKIN. You'll learn basic henna skills and be given opportunities to make your own designs with the guide of our teachers.
