Matches take place every Wednesday afternoon at Qmotion Sports Hall. Matches are played in four quarters (total match time = 1 hour) with referees and equipment all included. All you need is a pair of trainers and some comfortable clothes to run around in. Trophies and medals are up for grabs for the winning teams too!

The BUCS Playwaze app will be used to show your team fixtures and results each week.

Social Leagues is a great way to stay fit, meet new people and make friends, so get involved and give it a go!
