This webinar aims to provide valuable insights into the science of sleep, why it is so vital for your learning and for your physical and mental health and well-being, and practical tips to improve your sleep quality.

This webinar will be delivered by expert Kerry Davies from The Sleep Charity. Kerry is a qualified Sleep Practitioner, qualified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia in adults, is a member of the British Sleep Society and is a qualified nurse by background.
