Navigating the System: Muslim Student Leaders

Tuesday 17 November 2020, 6pm - 7:30pm

About this event

Join us for a panel discussion around the realities of Muslim student leaders across the UK. Our panellists will be sharing their experiences as leaders working in Higher Education, and also exploring Islamophobia faced in Students' Unions. There'll also be the opportunity for a Q&A so you can ask for advice or deepen your understanding of Muslim experiences!

Panellists include:

Ahmed Mahbub - QMUL alumni and former QMSU president

Salsabil Elmegri - NUS VP Further Education

Saqlain Riaz - City SU President

Lila Tamea - Liverpool John Moores President
