Ab Attack is a focussed class that will help stabilize and strengthen your entire core. Increasing your core strength and stability can help improve your posture, sporting performance, ability to perform everyday activities and reduce the risk of injury. Your instructor will take you through a full range of exercises which will challenge your entire core and will leave you feeling like you have achieved a lot in a short period of time.
