We would hereby like to proudly invite you to our annual Queen Mary Model United Nations Conference of the academic year 2024/2025. QMUN 2025 is taking place on the 25-26th of January, 2025, at Queen Mary, University of London.
The conference welcomes delegates of all experience levels; whether they are beginners, intermediates, or much more experienced, our committees are tailored to group like-levelled individuals together. While our advanced committees will give the seasoned delegates the intensity they require, our beginner committees will provide the newer delegates with lots of support and practice before attending more competitive conferences later in the semester, such as LIMUN. The early-bird delegate fee is £18 and the regular delegate fee is £22.

Terms and conditions
- All delegate fees are non-refundable once payment is complete.
- Delegates are prohibited from representing countries they are from.
- Committee allocations will not be processed until full delegate payment is complete.
- QMUN does not guarantee that delegates will receive their preferences for country and committee, although every effort will be made to align delegate preferences to remaining allocations.
- Visa letters are available on request following confirmation of delegate payment.
- QMUN is not liable to refund any delegate fees if delegates experience visa issues.
- QMUN is not responsible for sourcing accommodation for delegates.
