‘Houston, we have a problem!’ Identifying a problem is often the easy part, solving it is often a whole lot harder. This session will look at ways to help you break down a problem and propose a solution.?We will focus on Wicked Problems: problems that don’t have straightforward solutions, that are hard to define, and hard to know when they are “solved”. We will look at how you can use the Problem Tree to identify the causes of problems, their effects, and possible solutions. Great for if you are asked at an interview about a time you’ve solved a difficult problem!
