BLSA Elections 2025


Be the voice for Medicine & Dentistry students

The BLSA Elections are new for 2025. It's open to all students in the School of Medicine and Dentistry, and your chance to run for a position and decide who represents you on the BLSA Board. There are 26 London-based Barts and The London positions and several Malta campus positions up for grabs.


Nominations open on Monday 10 March at noon, this is your chance to represent students and be their voice. Being an elected rep is a great experience. You’ll lead BLSA, meet new people, get to lead lots of projects, events & campaigns at Barts and The London, build new skills and be the voice of the students you represent - all whilst having a positive impact on the unique student experience in Medicine & Dentistry. With so many roles to choose from there is something for everyone!

    Make sure you submit your online nomination by midday on 26 March to be included in the Elections!

  • Candidates Meeting

    Get all the info on running your campaign and ask any questions you have about the process.

  • Photo, Statement and Manifesto Deadline
    Fri 28 Mar, 12pm (Midday)

    Glow up your nomination! Part-Time Officer candidates will need a photo, a short 50 word statement and manifesto to become an official candidate.

  • Everyone Votes
    Tues 1 Apr, 12pm - Fri 4 Apr, 12pm

    Get out there and tell students why you're the best person for the role and get students to vote for you... good luck!
